I’m Dave. I am a dad of three, a woodworker, and an Entrepreneur. I live in a small town in Iowa and in March of 2013 I had an awakening of sorts. I was involved in a Nerf war with my two youngest kids when I proceeded to chase them up the stairs. When I got to the top of the stairs I dropped to the ground gasping for air. In this brief moment I had a thought that if my life and fitness level did not change I would not be here to see my daughter graduate from school.

This is a place for me to talk about my adventures, share stories with friends and family. Share my passion for following my dreams and anything else we want to talk about.

Come join me on this journey we call Life! I guarantee it won’t be an easy journey but nothing worth doing ever is!
